After Care Program

After School Care 

  • Begins Monday, September 13, 2021  (Spaces are Limited)
  • From 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Available on half days

Our program offers:

  • Supervised outdoor and/or indoor play
  • Study time and/or homework help
  • Quiet time: independent and group projects (games, puzzles, art, etc.)
  • Snack time (Snacks are provided by the parent and/or sold at school)

Program Guidelines

  • All money must be paid on Friday for the following week
  • All envelopes and checks must:
  1. Be made payable to Perth Amboy Catholic School (PACS)
  2. State the child's name
  3. State the weeks or days being paid
  4. State the amount enclosed on the envelope
​Safety
Keeping in mind the well-being and safety of our children we have a sign-out sheet.
1. You are required to notify a staff member when you or someone else is picking up your child.
2. You or someone else is required to sign your/their name to have your child released.
3. Your child will not be released to anyone whose name does not appear on the emergency contact form.
 
Clubs
Students who participate in clubs and are not picked up at time designated by the teacher will be placed in After Care and charged a fee for services:
$5.00 for every 15 minutes in After Care.

Program Rates

Plan A:   Monday through Friday PER DAY (until 3:00 pm)

1 child- $5.00          2 children- $6.00          3 children- $7.00

Plan B:  Monday through Friday PER DAY (until 4:00 pm)

1 child- $10.00          2 children- $12.00          3 children- $14.00

Plan C: Monday through Friday PER DAY  (until 5:30 pm)

1 child- $15.00          2 children- $17.00          3 children- $19.00

Closing Time

The program ends promptly at 5:30.  The building is to be closed at 5:30, therefore your child must be picked up by 5:30.

A penalty fee of $5.00 for every 5 minutes will be charged to anyone who is late.  Payment is effective immediately in CASH .

After Care for Half Days

* After Care on Half Days will be offered starting on October 7, 2021  (Spaces are Limited)

The cost will be as follows:

Plan A:   PER DAY (until 12:30 pm)

1 child- $5.00          2 children- $6.00          3 children- $7.00

Plan B:  PER DAY (until 1:00 pm)

1 child- $10.00         2 children- $12.00          3 children- $14.00

Plan C:  PER DAY  (until 4:00 pm)

1 child- $15.00          2 children- $17.00          3 children- $19.00

Plan D:  PER DAY  (until 5:30 pm)

1 child- $28.00          2 children- $32.00          3 children- $37.00

 

If you are planning to use this program, please be sure to FILL OUT  the After Care Plan and Emergency Contact Forms before your child attends.

If your child is staying the entire day please include a snack or money to buy a snack.  You can send in payment with your weekly payment or pay on that day.

The same rules regarding safetly procedures, closing times, and penalty fees apply on the half day sessions also.
