After Care Program

Program Details

• Available Monday–Friday from  2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Offered on half-days
• Limited spaces available

Our program provides:

• Supervised indoor and outdoor play
• Study time and homework assistance
• Quiet activities, including games, puzzles, and art projects
• Snack time (parents provide snacks or purchase options are available)

Program Guidelines

• Payments must be made  every Friday for the upcoming week
• Payments should be submitted in an envelope with:
  • Child’s name
  • Dates of attendance
  • Payment amount
  • Checks made payable to  Perth Amboy Catholic School (PACS)

Safety Procedures

To ensure the well-being of all children, the following policies are in place:

1. Parents/guardians must notify a staff member upon pickup.
2. A sign-out sheet must be completed at pickup.
3. Children will only be released to individuals listed on the  Emergency Contact Form .

Clubs & After Care Charges

Students participating in clubs who are  not picked up on time  will be placed in After Care and charged as follows:

• $5.00 for every 15 minutes

Full-Day After Care Rates

Plan A:  Until 3:00 PM

• 1 child: $5.00
• 2 children: $6.00
• 3 children: $7.00

Plan B:  Until 4:00 PM

• 1 child: $10.00
• 2 children: $12.00
• 3 children: $14.00

Plan C:  Until 5:30 PM

• 1 child: $15.00
• 2 children: $17.00
• 3 children: $19.00

Half-Day After Care Rates

Plan A:  Until 12:30 PM

• 1 child: $5.00
• 2 children: $6.00
• 3 children: $7.00

Plan B:  Until 1:00 PM

• 1 child: $10.00
• 2 children: $12.00
• 3 children: $14.00

Plan C:  Until 4:00 PM

• 1 child: $15.00
• 2 children: $17.00
• 3 children: $19.00

Plan D:  Until 5:30 PM

• 1 child: $28.00
• 2 children: $32.00
• 3 children: $37.00

Closing & Late Pickup Policy

• The program ends  promptly at 5:30 PM .
• A late fee of  $5.00 for every 5 minutes  applies after 5:30 PM.
• Late fees must be paid in  cash  immediately.

Enrollment & Contact Information

• Parents must  complete the After Care Plan and Emergency Contact Forms  before attendance.
• If a child is staying the entire session, please provide a snack or snack money.
• Weekly or daily payments are accepted.
